To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated child profiles and care logs, go to the in-app Settings screen and delete your child profiles (tap the trash icon next to the profile name), or email us at babblechartapp@gmail.com requesting full account deletion. We process all data and account deletion requests within 14 days.

Navigate to the Settings screen in the mobile app, enter your caregiver's email address in the "Co-Caregiver Sync" section, and click "Invite". Once they sign in with their email, phone, or SSO account, your logs will sync automatically in real time.

Go to the Camera screen in the app and select your mode (e.g., Stool scanner or Bottle scanner). Take a clear, well-lit photo of the target. Our local vision models extract attributes (such as fluid volume, rash indicators, or stool consistency) and insert the entry automatically into your chart.

Yes! Tap the microphone icon on the home dashboard and speak naturally (e.g., "Log 4 ounces of milk for Leo"). The app will transcribe and log the event instantly using Gemini AI.
